The Lunar Calender

Similar to a Western calendar, the Lunar Calendar of the Chinese is a yearly one, where the beginning of the lunar year depends on the cycles of the moon. Consequentially, due to this cyclical dating, the start of the year may fall somewhere between late Jan to the mid Feb.
